Advice on a guy PLEASE !?

Alright so , his name is Fabio . I like him more than alot . He's not in any of my classes , but i KNOW he notices me in the hallway . when were in the lunch line together he always runs up to try and get behind me . yet when i asked him if he liked me over texting he said no , but it doesnt mean we cant be friends . do i try and get over him or do i try to get him to like me or what !? its sooooo hard to get over him , and im not shure i want to .
